2nd Annual Ramble for Recovery and Recovery Awareness Fair

Celebrating Recovery One Step at a Time!

The Ramble for Recovery celebrates the hope of recovery from addiction through healthy competition. Individuals recovering from, who have a loved one in recovery, or who just want to come out to support the recovering community are welcomed to participate in the 2nd Annual Ramble for Recovery.

Voices of Recovery – an award will be given to one male and one female who have exemplified the power of recovery. This annual award will recognize those individuals who have made a positive impact on their lives, their family and the community. To nominate an individual for the Voices of Recovery award.

Recovery Awareness Fair – This mini-health fair will have booths from many Douglas County businesses/providers. There will be information promoting healthy lifestyles, drug abuse awareness, food, messages, safety and much more.

9:00 AM Race begins

Map of runners course - The run will stay on the bike path starting at Stewart Park going through Gaddis Park to Douglas, turn around and come back towards Garden Valley, through the VA across the bridge and to the Umpqua Valley Art Center out to Harvard to Stewart Parkway and back to the Stewart Park pavilion. The walk will go down to the bridge by the golf course, to the Umpqua Valley Art Center out to Harvard to Stewart Parkway and back to the Stewart Park pavilion (the walkers will make this loop twice).

If not pre-registered, please complete the Registration Form and bring to the Stewart Park Pavilion on Saturday, September 12.  Registration at 8:00 AM.  Run/Walk begins at 9:00 AM.
