Prescription and Over-the-Counter Drug Abuse
The drug scene is rapidly changing from "illegal" substances dominating to "legal" substances. Teens think legal substances are a "safe" way to get high. While the use of illegal substances is still high, marijuana being the number one most abused substance by youth, the misuse of prescription and over-the-counter medications is increasing.
